Tears flowed at the Kadenang Ginto farewell scene. This teleserye was very popular in the afternoon slot.

For the last 2 weeks of the top-rating series, the cast was very emotional because they revealed that their lives have been changed because of the series.

“Siguro overwhelmed lang po ako nang sobra. Sa paulit-ulit na tiwala ng creatives po for creating Daniela [Mondragon],” said Dimples Romana, the popular Daniela Mondragon.

“Sa totoo lang, Kadenang Ginto is my ‘make it or break it’ teleserye… Ngayon masasabi ko nang artista na ako,” said Beauty Gonzalez, for the role of Romina Mondragon, the major competitor of Daniela.

This series has also led the way for the “The Gold Squad” namely Andrea Brillantes, Francine Diaz, Seth Fedelin, and Kyle Echarri to become popular.

“This project changed my life. It’s the biggest thing that ever happened to me kaya sobrang nagpapasalamat po ako,” said Kyle.

“Sobrang saya ko po kasi ito ‘yung isang project na isa po ako sa main cast at talagang tumagal po kami,” said Francine.

“‘Yung Kadenang Ginto ang pinakauna kong teleserye. Malaki po natulong sa akin. Sobrang malaki po pinagbago sa buhay ng pamilya ko,” Seth said.

“Bago po dumating ‘yung Kadenang Ginto sa akin medyo lost po ako… Kasi wala po akong show, wala akong raket,” said Andrea.
