Nadine Lustre and Julia Montes team up for a new series

By Rochelle Montano Ocampo

Nadine Lustre and Julia Montes lead the all-star cast of the upcoming ABS-CBN television series, “Burado,” by producer Dreamscape Entertainment.

The two actresses will be joined by Zanjoe Marudo and Paulo Avelino as well as Thai actor, Denkhun Ngamnet.

Other cast members include Carmi Martin, Angel Aquino, Joko Diaz, Ina Raymundo, Lotlot de Leon, Matet de Leon, Raymond Bagatsing, Mccoy de Leon, Javi Benitez, and Kokoy de Santos.

“Burado” marks a number of firsts for Nadine: It’s her first teleserye since she announced being “self-managed” early this year,” and her first teleserye without her former boyfriend, James Reid, among others.

“Burado” for Julia, meanwhile, is a second major project as she returns to showbiz after a year-long hiatus. She also leads the cast of another Dreamscape series, “24/7,” due to premiere on February 23.
